How returns, pickups and refunds work.

Return window
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (10 days for handloom fashion). Consumables such as food, skincare and haircare are non-returnable once delivered for hygiene reasons.
Pickup and quality check
We schedule a free pickup within 2 days. Items should be unused, with original tags and packaging.
Refund timelines
UPI refunds: usually within 24 hours of pickup. Cards and net banking: 2–5 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to UPI or a bank account.
